Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Fytlink account and the data associated with it at any time. Here’s what happens and how to request it.
Request deletion
Send an email from the address registered with your account to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Fytlink account”. Include your registered email and gym name so we can verify ownership.

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. Export any member lists, payment history, or reports you want to keep.
Cancel your subscription
If you have an active paid plan, deletion does not automatically refund the remaining period. Let us know in your email if you’d like to request one.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, password).
- Your gym’s data — members, payment ledger entries, attendance, assigned workouts, notes, and uploaded photos.
- Staff accounts and their access tokens.
- Push notification tokens and device sessions.
- Support conversations tied to your account.
What we may keep, and why
- Invoices and transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Anonymized, aggregated usage metrics that cannot be tied back to you.
- Backup snapshots, which are automatically overwritten within a short retention window.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
If you’re a gym member, not a gym owner
Member records are owned by the gym that added you. Please ask your gym to remove your record first. If your gym is unresponsive, email us at [email protected] and we will help.
